Northern Knights Bantam AAA

The Northern Knights Bantam AAA hockey team has been working on 5210 challenges since October. This athletic group of 13 & 14 year old have eaten more Veggies & Fruit, added in home workouts and were asked to record their challenges in a journal. Their coaches and parents are hoping that these skills stick with them for life. Great job boys!
